Gold Coast Health Plan | Looking Back On 2019

Partnering with providers Gold Coast Health Plan (GCHP) has joined the Ventura County Community Health Improvement Collaborative (VCCHIC), whose mission it is to build partnerships among the Ventura County Public Health Department, area hospitals, health providers and health systems to help improve population health outcomes in Ventura County. The collaborative has provided an effective platform for GCHP to advocate for member needs, identify shared goals and support the work of community partners.
