A blood pressure cuff is a monitor to measure your blood pressure. Helpful tips for taking your blood pressure: ●Take your blood pressure daily or as recommended by your doctor. ●Wait 30 minutes after you drink caffeine or exercise before checking your blood pressure. ●Take your blood pressure around the same time of the day. ●Use the same arm each time you take a reading. ●Taking your blood pressure with Nondiscrimination notice Discrimination is against the law.
