Recognized for supporting the community The City of Oxnard Community Relations Commission recognized Gold Coast Health Plan for sponsoring the Multicultural Festival and for the Plan’s continued community support. The annual Multicultural Festival, which took place on October 5, 2019, in Oxnard, is an event that promotes understanding and respect among all religious groups and nationalities.
